Grateful for … our bodies ?!?

God could have made us like Dolphins: only having five taste buds and no sense of taste.

He could have made us like Komodo Dragons that reproduce asexually in captivity.

He could have made us like the killer whale with no sense of smell.

But he instead decided to give us five senses that derive both pleasure and pain, real highs and real lows.

In this sense, I'm grateful for the body not just when it's operating well, but also when I'm experiencing its limits...
