Engaging the Arizona Abortion Amendment (Prop 139)
Ironwood Church leadership, members, and volunteers have created this page to educate & inspire our congregation (as well as the Faith Community across Arizona) to engage with the Arizona Abortion Amendment (Prop 139) - which is coming to the ballot this November 2024.
We’re involved in this struggle because we believe that abortion is a Biblical Issue – and that God’s Word commands us to “Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed. Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked.” – Psalm 82:3-4 (NIV).
We hope that you will find this page helpful as you learn more about this issue and the importance of engaging with it until November and beyond.
