Bible Readings and Home Workouts for Holy Week

You will need two things: one bible and one weight (dumbbell, kettlebell, milk jug, paint can etc). Read the passage and then do the workout.

  • Tenebrae (Maundy Thursday)
    • Reading: Matthew 26:57-27:23
    • “Three Days / Three Denials” - Three Rounds of:
      • 3 Commandos
      • 3 Burpees
      • 3 Push Ups
      • 3 Thruster Left
      • 3 Push Press L
      • 3 Row L
      • 3 Thruster Right
      • 3 Push Press R
      • 3 Row R
  • Good Friday
  • Holy Saturday
    • Reading: Matthew 27:57-66
    • "Buried"
      • 100 burpees for time, then
      • 30-60 minutes Savasana
  • Resurrection Sunday
    • Reading: Matthew 28
    • No work, just rest.
